Terms and Conditions
1. In general
21% VAT is included in all prices, unless indicated otherwise. We retain the right for any printing and writing errors. If younger than 18 years, parental permission is required in order to make a purchase.
2. Payment
You are able of paying using iDeal, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, PayPal, Eps-Überweisung and American Express. When you pay, you agree to our purchase and payment terms. The methods of payment may differ, dependent on the language settings of the website.
3. Delivery
If you order before 15:00 o'clock on a business day, the order will be handed over to our transportation service on the same day. The transportation services' policy is to deliver the order at your house the day after. We do not charge any delivery costs for purchases above €50,-. All purchases beneath this purchase price will be charged delivery costs, depending on the shipment type.
Track and trace will be provided at every order. It will also be possitble to insure your the shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep or to choose a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers for manufactoring defects up to 30 years.
We transport our orders using DHL, PostNL, UPS and DPD. The delivery time usually differs between 1-3 business days for shipment in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. It will take between 2-6 business days for shipments inside the rest of Europe.
If you have placed an order and change your mind after we have sent your order, you will be obliged to return the purchase using the information beneath subheading 4 of the terms and policies; right of withdrawal. When one does not show up to acquire their order £20 will be charged.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a private person you are entitled the right of withdrawal for 14 days, but we offer our customers a 30 day period in which they will be able to return their purchase. This means that you will recieve your money back when not satisfied. The product may not be used, but only unpacked or slightly tested to estimate the satisfaction of the product, this will usually not be more than once. In case the product has been used in a way that was not necessary to determine the properties and functionality of the product, you will be charged with the depreciation. All attachments and packing material should be returned.
In case you have received either an incomplete or a defective order and you wish a back order, we ask you to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
To return your order (or a part of it, in case you have ordered multiple products) in a correct way, you must make use of this return form. If you do not make use of this form, we cannot take your return shipment into consideration. Below, the conditions regarding returning your order can be found as well:
The returned purchase should be returned in its orginal cassing, well packed in a firm outer cassing (for instance corrugated cardboard). You, the customer, will be charged for any damage during transportation as a result of bad packaging. When utilizing your right of withdrawl, you will be responsible for possible shipment costs of the return.
Keep in mind that you are responsible for a potential return. When the return shipment gets lost for instance, this will be your responsibility. This is why sending your return with track & trace and keeping the receipt is essential.
The returned product is supposed to arrive no later than 30 days after the delivery date. We will deposit the purchase amount no later than 30 days after recieving your return.
5. Warranty
If not indicated otherwise by Dutch Trade Point, all hardwareproducts have a warranty of 12 months. This warranty covers solely manufacturing defects and no defects originating from the product being exposed to external violence or careless usage. When choosing the lifelong warranty this will be the case for 30 years.

When choosing the insurance, we will be able to guarantee the delivery until your doorstep.
We check and test returned products according to the indicated error. It is therefore of great importance that this is indicated as extensive as possible. If the product does not contain any errors, an amount of £20,- will be charged to make up for our labour costs and the return shipment. The product has to be sent to Dutch Trade Point within 30 days of discovering the mistake, in order to make use of the free warranty. The reclamation has to be written in an e-mail to info@whisiskey.com.
The manufacturer's warranty cannot be handed over to another party and is merely valid that is cited on the receipt or invoice. A copy of the receipt or the order number is required to be eligible for a warranty repair.
6. Personal data
Dutch Trade Point is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide us as our customer. This data will be used for marketing purposes and our newsletter, in case you agree to these terms when finishing your purchase.
No personal data will be passed on to any third party and will only be used by Dutch Trade Point. If you are in need of changing any of your personal data, please contact us at info@whisiskey.com. If you wish to be deleted from our system, all you have to do is contact us at the same e-mail address.
7. Acts of god
In case of an event like a war, natural disaster, strikes, decisions made by authorities, non-delivered products from sub-suppliers, more expensive circumstances and comparable events out of Dutch Trade Point's control– that could not have been foreseen – belong to acts of god, this means that Dutch Trade Point is exempt of their duties to fulfill their signed agreements.
