Orders

We make use of Shopify Payments and all their payment alternatives. This includes among other things iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

In case an order has been placed, but has not been shipped yet, you will of course be able to cancel it. However we do offer a quick delivery. This implies that your purchase is packed relatively quickly after you place your order. In case you do change your mind, we advise you to cancel your order as quickly as possible. Still we cannot guarantee that your purchase can be cancelled, since it may have been shipped already.

In some cases it may occur that an active SPAM-filter is running, causing our emails to be blocked. Please first check your spam box. In case the order confirmation also has not arrived in your spam box, It may also be the case that the wrong email address has been entered at the checkout. For additional help, please contact our customer service.

Shipping

If you order before 16:00 MET, GMT +1 on a business day, the order will be handed over to our transportation service on the same day. We do not charge any delivery costs for purchases above €40,-.

The delivery time usually differs between 1-3 business days for shipment in the Netherlands and Belgium. It will take between 2-6 business days for shipment inside the rest of Europe. In case your order is delayed due to an exceptionally busy period, you will be kept up to date about it.

We offer free shipment for purchases above €40,- on all orders, regardless of the country it has to be shipped to.

Delivery costs for orders under €40,- differ per country. 
Germany: €3,95
France: €6,95

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We provide you with the guarantee that your product will be delivered flawlessly. Still something could go wrong in the process. If this is the case it is important that you contact us as soon as possible, when you wish to return your purchase. Mail us at contact@dutchtradepoint.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

External changes, damage and defects because of wear and aging.

Defects and damage because of theft, arson, loss, water or damage by UV radiation.

Damage or mistakes caused by misuse (dents, crushes, bumps, a fall, etc.), accidents or unjust repairs or adjustments.
