We make use of Mollie Payments and its payment methods. Among others, these are iDeal, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay and American Express.

Once an order has been placed, but the order has not been sent yet, then you can cancel the order. However, we offer quick delivery. This means that we pack your order quickly, ater you have placed your order. If you still change your mind, we recommend you to cancel the order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled, as this order can already be on its way.

Sometimes, an active SPAM-filter blocks our e-mails. Please check your SPAM folder. In case you cannot find any e-mails from us, it may be possible that the e-mail address you have reported is incorrect. For help, you can get in touch with our customer service.

If you have placed your order on a business day before 3 PM, then the delivery service will pick up your order the same day. The delivery service will do its best to deliver the package the next day. We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €100,-.

The average delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium is 1-3 business days. For other European countries, the time of delivery is 2-6 business days. In case the delivery has been delayed during peak periods, you will be informed about this.

We do not charge any shipping costs if the order exceeds the amount of €100,-, regardless the country of destination.

  1. By means of this form, you can return your order. Below, you can find the steps to be taken in order to successfully complete the return shipment:

    1. Download the return form and fill this in.
    2. Please put the form inside the box.
    3. Cut the lower part of the form, on which the returning address can be found. Adhere the address on the package.
    4. Send the return shipment with track-and-trace, so that the shipment can be traced. Keep the receipt.
    5. Within 30 days after we have received the return shipment, we will refund the purchase money.

We guarantee that your product will be delivered in a flawless way. Yet, it may be possible that something goes wrong. Therefore, it is important that you will let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return the product. Please send an e-mail to info@whisiskey.com and we will help you as soon as possible.

Op al onze producten ontvangt u 1 jaar garantie. Onze producten zijn gemaakt om aan hoge eisen te voldoen. Tevens wordt onze garantie gedekt tegen eventuele productiefouten.

For all our products, a warranty of 1 year is applicable. Our produts have been manufactured to meet high standards. Furthermore, our warranty will cover possible production errors.

Defects and damages caused by theft, fire, loss, water or UV radiation damage.

Damage or faults caused by misuse (dents, crushing, impact, fall, etc.), accidents or unwarranted repairs or modification.
